Render volume

I use Reaper since 5 years and the render volume issue has never solved!!
It's like 6dB quiter, whethever master, region or track render!
Please, try to fix it because is giving me serious problems with my job. I'm embarassed with my colleagues when I have to explain that the work is quieter in volume because of the software I use..
