VST2 settings to VST3??

Hi all!

I have installed VST3 versions of some of my plugins,
earlier I had the VST2 version in a lot of projects.
Now when I open these project the plugin is missing,
so I have to reload the plugin (now VST3 version) but
the settings of the plugin is lost then. Is there a way
to get the settings from the old VST2 into the VST3 version?
