Tool Wrap

It seems that reaper choose to wrap the toolbar based on the available space but the calculations are not always correct.

Could one add an "insert wrap" (or insert new line) like "insert separator" but that wraps the tool bar at that spot if necessary? My tool bars are not splitting in a place that makes sense ;/

Or, possibly just split at a separator?
