Pitch bend plugin?

Hi,

I would like to be able to add a bit of randomness to my MIDI input - half a semitone either way, say. Midi Tool II has a slider called random pitch % which seems to be designed to do exactly that, but it is not having any effect on my output. The transpose slider works so I guess it must be routed correctly, but the random pitch slider just doesn't do anything. Are there any other plugins out there that will do this job?
