Hey gang!
I've recently run into a situation where one of my JSFX plugins will hang consistently if freembuf is called from @block while gfx_showmenu is currently active in the @gfx thread (i.e. a menu is visible). Removing the freembuf call prevents this hang from occurring.
Is there a relationship between the two? Perhaps the menu uses the memory just above the freembuf threshold for its own purposes, for instance? Any ideas?
I'll probably just get rid of the freembuf completely because the used memory only ever increases, but I'm still more than a little curious as to what is going on. :)
