help, track control panel gone

I fat fingered something and the track control panels on the left and the buttons (grouping, undo, ripple etc etc) have all disappeared leaving me with a screen of just unnamed audio tracks and no controls.

Any ideas how I undo this or what I did, (Ctrlzing did't work I guess because it's a preference rather than an editing action.

Any help appreciated, completely baffled
