- highlight all trks / glue trks
- action list - search: render
- render trks to mono post fader stem trks and mute orig / create shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M
- render trks to stereo post fader stem trks and mute orig / create shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+N
- create stems w/FX (one by one mono or stereo)
- highlight stems / consolidate Master Mix to separate folder
