autoplay specific project at autostart

Hi!
I would like to know if it's possible to playback a specific project automatically when a mac mini startup.
This mac must shutdown and restart automatically at specific hours (for exemple
startup at 7h am and shutdown at 9h pm) and Reaper must autolaunch and autoplay a project (for exemple my last project or another..)

I'm not programmer and I don't know very well programming code or script world ;)
