Autoname tracks in a sequenced way & replace audio items with a MIDI item plus a note

Hi, before getting technical, I would like to explain you what I'm trying to do in REAPER :
I bounce audio from soft synths, as live takes (record audio output) and sequence patterns that way.
I end up with a bunch of audio items, on different track.
Then, I export all that samples, and trigger them with a sampler (from note 000 to 127 on pianoroll).
As you can guess, doing it manually take a lot of time...
I'd like to automate 2 steps in this process, which are :

1) How to name selected track, from 000 to XXX (000, 001, 002, 003...) using SWS Extension / ReaConsole ?
Does that involve Python ?

2) How to replace each audio item on a track, with a new MIDI item, and put a note inside it,
so that the note match with the name of the track.
If trackname is 000, the note is C2.
If trackname is 42, the note is F#1.
The lenght of the note/MIDI item do not have importance, because the goal is to trigger a sampler (1 shot).
That being said, I think a 1/64 note lenght would be fine.

Many thanks !
