Track Panel: Show Source and Destination

For a given track, the most often thing I look for while tracking is where it's coming from and where it's going (when it's MIDI especially).

This is really hard to show in Reaper, yes?

Track 1
Input: Mic 1
Output: Main

Track 2
Input: Roland JD800
Output: Midi Port 2, ch2

Is there a skin out there that shows this with the rest of the basic track settings?
