Time Signature separate from Tempo

At the moment, the time signature marker contains both a change in time signature and tempo, but when you work with music that changes its time signature frequently, it would still be useful listening through a project at different tempo settings using the global tempo setting – but this becomes impossible when you have time markers.

My change request is as follows:

1) Make it possible to set two separate markers. One for tempo and tempo changes, and another for time signatures.

I know you can adjust the tempo map of the master track, but making this possible to do with a marker as before I find a lot more convenient and accurate.
