Can we have optional transient protection for the stretch marker? By protection I mean some buffer after the SM that doesn't actually get stretched.
It's useful for all percussive sounds (and they are usually are being time-aligned the most) and when it's not so convenient to use regular split editing.
At the moment, to protect transients the user needs to insert 5 stretch markers for individual edit: 3 at the current, next and previous transients and 2 some time after current and previous ones.
Transient-protected SM could bу set with an exact static value in ms/samples, or as a proportion of locked/stretched parts.
