FR: actions for manipulating Automation Lane heights

There's a bunch of useful actions relating to Track heights, for which there are no corresponding actions relating to Automation Lane heights...

It would be great to have these actions for Automation Lane heights, because when automation lanes are showing in the TCP, it's often because you want to manipulate their heights in the same way you would want to manipulate Track heights for editing purposes.

Here's some important actions that should be equally applicable to Automation Lane heights - there are others but these are some of the key ones IMO
