AudioUnits: set params automatable according to kAudioUnitParameterFlag_NonRealTime

small request:
It would be nice if the AudioUnit flag kAudioUnitParameterFlag_NonRealTime was checked, to set the plugins parameters to be *not* automatable when they should.
(That's notably use by all juce plugins)
