I'll try to change from Studio One V3 to Reaper, because of crashing and the CPU usage of S1.
In S1 it is very easy to change the VSTi of every track. Only drag and drop the VSTi to the track and it is done.
Is this possible in Reaper ?
In Reaper i must know how manny tracks i will use !?
Multi Instruments like Kontakt must say that this is a multi instrument and so i have 16 tracks for this. But i do not know if i need all tracks. I can delete some , but when i need more, the tracks are gone.
When i use Halion, Kontakt, Purity, i must create for every instrument 16 Tracks although i don't know if i need all those tracks.
Example:
I use a track Halion.
Now i will test some other VSTi, like Kontakt.
So i must copy the track from Halion to Kontakt ????
