Reaper and Nektar Impact ix 61

I have a Nektar Impact ix 61 which worked great on my old computer running windows7 but won't run on my new one running windows10.It shows up in the reaper midi devices and the control surfaces but nothing happens when I try to use it.I downloaded the software and followed all the instructions from Nektar to get it going and nothing.Any advice on how to get it working would be great. Thanks
