No sound from guitar, please help....

Hello,

Trying to play my guitar over a backing track, however, I fail at the first hurdle - I cannot get basic sound from my guitar.

Can someone please tell me how to how I can get sound? I have a m-audio fastrack interface with the latest drivers on Windows 10.

Any help very much appreciated.
