Moving Plugins from Old Mac

Hi everyone,

I've been doing some research but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know how to find where all my plugins from my old mac are located so that I can put those folders on a memory card and import the plugins into my new mac?

This is probably a dumb question, but I can't seem to figure it out at the moment.
