Suppose I would like to have a ready-to-go project template in Reaper that has all my favorite VSTi loaded on tracks, routing, the works. But I don't want to load the actual samples into RAM and CPU until I decide I need it for the project at hand.
What is the easiest way to basically create a huge orchestral MIDI template using Kontakt, EWQL, 8Dio, etc on all tracks but keep them ALL OFFLINE and not loaded fully until I choose. I want to have all my strings, percussion, keys, and stuff all on tracks and loaded the plugins but not suck up all the RAM or CPU on startup. Let me decide once project is OPEN to load certain samples and synths.
Is this possible in Reaper?
