For clarity, i'll define FL Wrapper as the small rewire host (pic included), and FL Client as the application it opens.
Adding "Rewire: FL Studio" bring up the FL Wrapper which also opens the FL Client, but Reaper disappears from the task bar. If you use multiple virtual desktops (Windows 10), Reaper and FL show on every desktop.
I removed all my virtual desktops, but still had same issue
Additionally, if you minimise the FL Client, the FX window in Reaper also gets minimised, so if you then close the FL Wrapper Reaper is unable to get focus/open menus etc, but still receives mouse events. But if the FL Client isn't in either a maximised or minimised state this isn't an issue.
I tested with FL Studio, Reaper and Melodyne, but FL Studio was the only one that had these issues.
Windows 10
Reaper 5.23
Fl Studio 12.3 [build 71]
